At NoirLacé, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.
